Apparently this is a new hotel or under new management, The room I had to start with # 38 was spacious, a bench for the suitcase is provided, as well as an armoire. There were two chairs inside the room and a bench outside on the terrace. AC in the room. Good size room with two chairs and a bench in front of the desk which is long. It seems that all rooms have view of the Nile which is nice, however the noise from all the boats that go by is noticeable ,(even with windows closed) one boat (from the company) stayed in front of my room, it was horribly noisy, I had to use ear plugs. I must say that the manager immediately took action when I told him about the situation, and I was given another room, they moved all my belongings. The staff is very nice and efficient everywhere except for one men at the front desk whose English is dismal, he was barking at me, I do not know his name. But everybody else was absolutely charming lovely and very helpful including on my last day, I had a really bad headache, they gave me a room where I could have a rest and some paracetamol. The bathroom in # 38 was extremely small, I found it uncomfortable you barely have room to move. Good shower, no place to put anything on. The bed was very comfortable. There are some mosquito screens on the door, so I could open the window during the cool hours of the night. In room # 20 the room is smaller but the bathroom is more spacious as well as the shower which I actually preferred. The terrace facing the Nile has a chair as well as a bench in this room. It is also closer to the pool. The pool is ok, but does not have a deep end. The food is good, lovely presentation, very good breakfast, but varies from day to day.

The hotel and room was impeccable and very comfortable. We did not expect the amazing view and the closeness to the Nile River. There were a lot of food options for the breakfast buffet and their dinner blew us away. The best part about our stay was the support from the guest relations team. Prior to our trip, the guest relations team provided us with very prompt and helpful communication that helped us plan our time in Aswan. The whole booking process was easy and seamless. They helped us organized our transportation from the airport, our last minute day trip to the Temple Philae and the souk, and even provided us information on getting train tickets. ELagia, the Guest Relations Manager was available to us all the time. We felt like we were very well taken care during the entire time. The hospitality of the staff was superb. The location is further out from the city centre, but it was a positive because we got to experience the serenity away from the crowds. I would definitely this place to anyone, everyone.

This is such a beautiful property directly on the Nile! Loved being able to watch the sunset from my private patio. Staff delivered a complimentary fruit plate to my room shortly after arrival. I wasn’t here long enough to use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. They made me breakfast boxes for my early morning departures and were accommodating to my special dietary needs (vegan). The Nubian design and decor in the room was absolutely lovely and well done.

Everything about the property was amazing. Great facilities. Fantastic food. It was so calm with no disturbance after Alexandria,Cairo and Luxor. Staff were amazing who went above and beyond. Sally needs a special mention as she was pleasant and very helpful. Kitchen and restaurant staff could not do enough for us.
